Refund policy

The services we offer are intangible, and once the service has been lend, there is no possible way to revoke it. Because of this, it is not possible to refund, once the service has been ordered.

Nevertheless, we understand that there may be exceptional situations in which the customer finds a refund is necessary, so we do allow the customer to send in a request, which we will take in considerations. This is for circumstances such as non-delivery of the product or if it was not as described. These claims must be made in 7 days since the order was placed.
